Billy's Calendar Automation at Our Nook Hub is a personal work-calendar synchronization and private household-dashboard app operated by Billy.

What the app does

The app uses selected work-calendar information to create and update corresponding events in a designated Google Family calendar. A separate private household dashboard displays upcoming event titles, dates, times and all-day status. This public website provides app information and this policy; it is not the calendar dashboard.

Information accessed and used

The synchronization processes event titles, start and end dates or times, event and calendar identifiers, event status and version information, and private synchronization markers. It checks calendar-sharing types and roles and uses recurrence information and attendee response status for safety checks. The inspected synchronization does not use event descriptions, locations, attachments or attendee email addresses.

Google authorization is configured to request Calendar access, including event access and offline access. These permissions are broader than read-only access because the app creates and updates events. The inspected workflow reads bounded event lists, checks sharing settings, creates or updates its own synchronized events and verifies the results. It does not change calendar sharing or delete calendar events, and its update requests suppress email notifications.

Where information is processed

The workflow involves Google Calendar, Microsoft work-calendar export and OneDrive, user-controlled Windows and home-server storage, and self-hosted n8n automation. Dashboard reads use Home Assistant and Nabu Casa. These services may process information under their own policies.

Calendar information remains subject to the designated calendar's existing sharing settings. The dashboard is intended for authenticated administrator or household access. The synchronization checks for and refuses public or domain-wide calendar sharing; this does not remove other existing calendar recipients.

Storage and retention

The workflow stores minimized source snapshots, Google calendar inventories, event mappings, change and before-change records, verification receipts, execution logs and diagnostic files. Current snapshots are replaced as the workflow runs, but mappings, journals, diagnostic artifacts and backups may persist. There is no verified fixed automatic deletion period for all these records, and n8n execution-history retention has not been established. Dashboard cache refreshes are not deletion guarantees.

Maintenance and assistance

AI is not part of the inspected calendar synchronization or dashboard code. Codex has been used for maintenance and troubleshooting, during which selected calendar details may be processed. This policy does not promise that information is never handled by AI tools or make claims about their model-training practices.

Your choices

You can revoke the app's access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not erase existing calendar events, stored copies, logs or backups. Contact Billy to discuss stopping the workflow or removing stored data. Removal is handled manually with appropriate authorization; there is no verified self-service erase feature or guaranteed deletion deadline.

This website

These public pages do not display calendar data or provide a sign-in form. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also enabled on the custom domain and adds a browser beacon that collects website-usage and performance information.
